Supplier HSE Manager

Join us and become a Lead Supplier HSE Manager in our HSE Product Lines team. The team is part of the HSE Projects department, supporting the organisation's HSE initiatives across our Wind Power asset projects. In this role, you'll ensure that all HSE aspects are considered during the tender process and supplier negotiation. You'll also be part of projects to develop HSE standards in our future wind farms with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key tasks will be to  

• ensure high standards of Health, Safety and Environment in our projects - from development to execution 
• initiate, develop and implement HSE initiatives in our procedures to improve our future wind farms 
• participate in tender processes and supplier negotiations on compliance with HSE requirements 
• develop, integrate and roll out safety culture initiatives in partnership with our suppliers and 
• conduct HSE performance monitoring and reporting. 

Furthermore, you'll participate in strengthening/improving our HSE project model across projects.

Your competences include that you 

• have working experience from offshore construction or work, with HSE responsibility, within wind, oil and gas or a similar maritime background 
• have a solid knowledge of management systems relating to HSE, perhaps as an auditor 
• have demonstrated communication with all levels of the organisation and change management skills, examples should be provided 
• have demonstrated the ability to analyse and report data for driving HSE excellence beyond reducing injury statistics 
• can drive change and inspire your stakeholders.

Moreover, you should speak and write English fluently. Other languages from our operating areas would be relevant.
