Student worker for a Support function in Clinical Operations

The student position is a 1-year temporary, part-time position, leaving time for your commitments as part of your studies. In this role you will be helping with the incoming questions from our users, handling issues they may have to the system, functionality or training need. Together with your colleagues you will ensure that your colleagues working globally with the eTMF electronic system get answers to their questions and can use the system optimally;
- Your main responsibility will be handling incoming service tickets (questions), and provide clear, timely and satisfactory resolutions to the eTMF end-users
- You will support with the team with system access management and ad hoc tasks.
- You may also be involved in development of information and training materials to end-users on a global level
The eTMF team is working in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe agile®), which you of course will be part of to the extent possible.
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within pharmaceutical science, business administration, health science or other relevant fields and you have at least one year left of your studies. You are IT savvy a fast learner, solution-oriented and you are able to work independently. Furthermore, you are comfortable in managing and structuring your own time and deliverables. You are energetic and service-minded of nature with excellent communication and coordinating skills and are confident in approaching end-users. Together with your team you appreciate to deliver high quality support.
You speak and write English fluently.
It is a clear advantage if you can navigate in different IT systems, databases and electronic documentation handling systems.
About the department
This student position is anchored in the Clinical Operation Office and you will be working in a smaller subteam consisting of 8-10 people. In this team we support the Global Clinical Operations organisation with clinical documentation management via the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) system. We develop and maintan the system and we provide communication, training and expert support to the end-users.
