For Site Logistics in the Construction Support Organization, we are looking for a capable Student Worker. The Site Logistics Team is placed in Vejle, whom are responsible for supporting the Offshore Projects and getting tools, direct and indirect parts to installation site in timely manner.

As a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa you get an opportunity to develop personal capabilities and build a professional and international network.

How to contribute to our vision

Your tasks will include making overviews of the weekly status on the delivery performance, together with status on urgent tasks. We expect you to help preparing monthly and weekly KPI reports and validating data, as well as create overviews in Excel and building up new report with Power BI and VBA coding. These tasks will furthermore include communication with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as ad hoc support for our Site Logistics Team. It is expected that you will be working from the office in Vejle at least once a week.

What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who has passed their first year of their higher education on a Bachelor level in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Engineer or similar. You have a great flair for IT systems in general and is an advanced user of MS Office. A basic knowledge of VBA-programming and Power BI is a great advantage.

You are a dedicated team player who communicates well in English and can keep a great overview when handling a lot of tasks at once. When facing an issue, you focus on the solution rather than the problem and find proactive ways to improve your work. As a person you have a natural flair to talk with people. You are goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured. You have a flexible schedule that allows you to work at the office approx. 8-15 hours a week depending on the workload.

Last but not least, you are willing to take initiative and ownership of your own tasks.
