Are you structured and focused on getting all the details right, and are you flexible and ready to take on the responsibility of maintain and improve data quality? We are looking for one more self-driven Student Worker to support our Release manager and junior release manager in administrative tasks in our task-and-project-tracking system, Jira. You will be part of our Projects management & Governance team in the software department, which is responsible of managing our large projects and govern our processes.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to get a good understanding of how an international software department is managed from a process perspective. What are my responsibilities?

  • Update tasks in Jira
  • Follow up on task status
  • Coordinate planning tasks
  • Improve data quality in Jira
  • Other ad hoc tasks for the System Software Project Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are enrolled in a relevant education and have passed the first 6-12 months with good results.
  • You are an advanced user of MS Office and have a flair for IT systems in general
  • You are a team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
