Student Worker - Project Controlling team in Vejle

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Project Controlling team to support the activities in Offshore projects. The Project controlling team consists of 6 dedicated employees supporting the Project Management teams with project controlling activities, SAP reports and other controlling topics.

What are my responsibilities in this position?

• Controlling and reporting on an internal cost collector and charging to the execution projects
• Create Purchase Orders to external suppliers, follow up on received invoices, booking of accruals and closure of purchase orders when no longer needed
• Creating reports and overviews for management
• Supporting the project controller team in implementation of a new forecasting tool model for related internal costs
• Other ad hoc tasks for the team

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You are enrolled at a university and studying Business Administration or similar and have passed the first semester with good results (please attach your grade transcripts and write the expected graduation date in your CV)
• You are interested in understanding project business and financial aspects of project controlling
• You have good IT skills, especially Excel, Power Point and SAP and have a flair for IT systems in general
• You are a team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured
• You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing
