Student Worker or Intern for the Business Planning and Controlling Team in Corporate Technology
For our Business Planning and Controlling Team in Corporate Technology we are looking for a talented Student Worker or Intern. The BC Team is responsible for controlling the financials of Siemens Wind Power’s R&D projects and we are supporting the technical organization in all aspects of resources and economy.
Your role will be to support the BC Team by executing different tasks and assignments.
What are my responsibilities?
- New Setup of Oracle based controlling structure including review of current reporting and controlling tools and stream line of existing ERP landscape
- Set up of cost center controlling SQL based, e.g. using Tableau as the UI
- Perform ad-hoc and reoccurring tasks related to financial month- and year-end closing
- Extract large amount of data from SAP and process in Excel for ad-hoc analysis
- Update reports and presentations for technical organization
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You are an enrolled bachelor or Master student (with preferably 1-2 years of completed studies) in the fields of IT, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar fields
- You like to work with data and have an interest in how data can be used for controlling
- You are detail and quality oriented and have a structured and thorough approach to you tasks
- You are as a person self-driven, proactive and outgoing
- You possess excellent English skills in speaking as well as in writing
- Preferable, you are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
You will be seated in Brande, and we expect you to be able to work 15-25 hours per week, spread on 2-4 days or full time in the course of an internship (minimum 6 months commitment).
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
