Do you take a passionate interest in sports, and are you ready to help design, develop, implement and optimise BI solutions that provide a data-based overview of performance for handball teams and players? If so, seize this unique opportunity!
 
An opportunity to make your mark!
At Systematic, you will be working together with a current national handball coach to gain insights into the many facets of handball games, including scoring percentages, attack formations, technical errors and much more. 
While working on the project, you will receive sparring from our Data & Digitalisation team. The team comprises 15 people who are responsible for a wide range of tasks – from engaging in customer dialogue and data modelling to building up data warehouses for analysing and reporting on the adaptation of customer needs and requirements.

 
Strengthen your knowledge and professional capabilities   
In this role, you will be responsible for translating user and customer needs and wishes into concrete solutions, giving you an insight into different project phases. Some of your key tasks will involve: 

  • designing, developing and enhancing Microsoft Power BI reports to meet user needs
  • assisting in data preparation and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • providing support in training end-users in navigating and utilising Microsoft Power BI reports
  • assisting in documenting solutions.

 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
We envisage that you are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Global Business Engineering or similar and that you take a keen interest in handball and sports analytics. At the same time, we would like someone who:

  • is proactive and can work independently 
  • has experience with front-end development and data visualisation concepts
  • has experience with Microsoft Power BI and its features and capabilities
  • has an understanding of how to work consistently with data and data modelling
  • has good communication skills, including speaking and writing Danish fluently and with a good command of English.
