The Role
Genmab is looking for a Student Worker to help us with daily support of our newly implemented electronic document management system (EDMS) – GenDocs, covering the Clinical, Regulatory and Quality areas. GenDocs is a global IT system based on the Veeva Vault cloud platform and it supports our dynamic and expanding R&D organization. As Student Worker in our team, you will be supporting the end users of GenDocs in Genmab. This will be done in collaboration with the rest of the team by managing service desk tickets from end users regarding access to GenDocs, questions from end users and other ad hoc tasks. It is a great opportunity for you to work and learn about support of a global IT system and get first-hand experience of how a biotech company operates. The position also involves communication with end-users in line of business either through service desk tickets, or direct contact.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the GenDocs IT system by managing tickets from end-users in our service desk system, including filing of associated documentation, etc.
  • You will participate in periodic user reviews and coordinate with departments in line of business.
  • You will support and assist the rest of the team with various ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • It is expected that you are 1st or 2nd year student, for example at KU, DTU, CBS, ITU, KEA or similar. You are already well underway with your studies in pharmaceutical science, engineering, information science, or similar.
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package, and comfortable navigating in different IT systems.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written and oral.
