We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Business Improvement & Strategic Projects Department. Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company. Your responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Support Offshore Construction teams in their continual improvement of work instructions
  • Coordinating updates of construction specific documents and processes with Technical Specialists
  • Work with Offshore Construction Experts to ensure that Safe Systems of Work Documentation is useable, available and related processes are controlled.
  • Maintain issue logs and related SharePoint and Team sites
  • Schedule meetings and teleconferences
  • Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences

What you need to make a difference 
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is studying process engineering, construction, or safety engineering related education with at least 2 years left. To be successful in this role, you: 

  • Have an interest in SGRE Offshore wind farm construction
  • Have a flair for documentation and navigating through different IT systems
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word
  • Are flexible an able to work both independently and as a team player
  • Are an outgoing & curious person who thrives in learning of new things
  • Energy and enthusiasm for efficiency, structure and attention to detail
  • Write and speak fluent English

Beware, we are looking for a student, who can come into the office in Vejle 2 times week. Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
