The Role
Genmab is now searching for a Student Worker to join area of the CMC Operations team in Copenhagen. For the right person, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and team. The CMC area of Genmab is responsible for development and manufacturing of products for our pre-clinical and clinical programs. As Student Worker in our CMC Operations department, you will participate with various tasks throughout the department. You will primarily work within the areas of Commercial and Clinical Drug Supply for example import of documents into our electronic document management system, stability data import and QC check. More specific, you will be working with DocuSign signature flow, scanning and uploading documents e.g. goods receipts, batch documents, and review and check e.g. eTMF spot check. You will also take care of other related office assignments, and other ordinary secretarial assignments.

  • We are looking for a bachelor student in 1st or 2nd year, and we expect you to be working 10-15 hours per week with flexible hours.

  • You are studying natural sciences or the like and have a minimum of 3 years left of your education. 

  • Familiar with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and with a flair for navigating different IT systems.

  • You are capable of prioritizing work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
