About the position / Who are we looking for
If you are looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career within Regulatory Affairs in an international market leader, this opportunity is for you. Chr. Hansen is exploring new ways to protect and ferment foods using microorganisms and documentation on how these microorganisms have been used until now will be your focus.

Regulatory support - your responsibility
As student worker for Food Cultures & Enzymes within EMEA Regulatory Affairs you will use your microbiology and food science knowledge to:

  • Take on systematic and thorough scientific literature searches
  • Strengthen our regulatory database on the reported use of food cultures 
  • Regulatory support to other business units
  • Ad hoc administrative work

Your qualifications - Academic Life Science Student
We are looking for the following:

  • A student with minimum 2 years into a relevant academic education, e.g. Food Science
  • At least one microbiology course at university
  • Basic literature search skills
  • That you like to learn new software solutions and learn quickly
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Systematic approach
  • Willing to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, preferably 10-15 hours per week outside exam periods
