About the position/Who are we looking for
We are currently looking for a positive and motivated student who can help our team deliver on ad-hoc administrative tasks. In this job, you will have several important tasks, so it is vital, that you are reliable and able to contribute with the hours requested. You can look forward to joining a very successful and market leading global company, where you will be given the opportunity to collect experience and knowledge of how we do project and resource planning in Chr. Hansen. Here you will join a small team of 5 people with different responsibilities. We work in an informal atmosphere characterized by a good and open dialogue. You will be located at Hoersholm at Head quarter of Chr. Hansen.
Since we represent a bridge between business and project data, and provide transparency to all our stockholders, you will be communicating with colleagues at all levels through-out the organization. You will also get a solid understanding of the data structure, resource structure and project planning in our Resource and project management tool.
- Support to our Innovation Secretariat and Resource and Planning Specialist
- Keeping records and updating resource and planning data
- Support in general administrative tasks
- Carry out simple data analysis and evaluations
- Good IT skills and literacy in basic MS Office programs
- You are structured, detailed oriented and capable of keeping many balls in the air
- Fluent, English and Danish, both in writing and verbally
- You have high communication skills
- A natural flair for coordination and handling of administrative tasks
As we are interested in a longer commitment, we encourage especially students in their bachelor. We prefer that you can work 1-2 days per week and we will of course be flexible about the timing.
