The work will include support with research and administration across a range of different projects, including on gender equality in the music industry, tourism, and creativity of music composers throughout history. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours in consideration of your own study and exams. Estimated number of working hours per week is 10 hours.
We are looking for a student, who:
- Is independent
- Is reliable
- Is good with R or Stata
- Writes well in English
- Has an interest in history and/or the arts and culture (would be a plus)
The contributions by our new student research assistant are going to be acknowledged in publications. Moreover, you are offered mentoring and advice as well as exciting and diverse tasks within projects that make a clear research and societal impact. Finally, there is the possibility to co-author outputs (e.g., scientific reports), which would be a strong signal of quality if you decide to pursue PhD studies afterwards.
Start of employment is 1 August. The position is for 1 year with the possibility of renewal. Place of employment is Department of Economics, campus Odense.
