Your role takes form as you develop

As a student worker you will be assigned to one or more project teams from day 1. Here you will develop IT solutions together with project managers, skilled back-end developers and creative front-end developers – solutions that create value for our customers and often customers’ customers.

Your working hours will be approximately 15-20 hours/week, with flexibility during exam periods. At first, you’ll be handed single tasks, which you’ll be instructed and supported in solving. As you develop, you will begin to work more independently, get more responsibility, and can have a go at tasks assigned to you by yourself – of course still backed up by more experienced colleagues.

You’ll be introduced to the different parts of the development process – from requirements specification and estimating tasks to forming the architecture and integration design, as well as development, technical implementation, testing, quality assurance and follow-up.

In order to develop together, we expect you to

• be enrolled in a university program – Computer Science or similar.
• have basic knowledge of .NET technologies and C#.
• be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish skills are an advantage.

You will never stand alone

Development is a part of our DNA and as student worker in Kraftvaerk you’ll be presented to a variety of tasks, where you get to put what you’ve learned at uni to practice. You’ll experience that there will always be someone to spar with and that you’ll never stand alone. We invest in your development and learning because we believe the way of getting stronger is by working together. Your development is continuous, day after day and week after week – and you, of course, take active part in steering the direction you wish to develop in.
