About the job
The Group Communication team consist of ten team members. Working primarily with our internal Communication Partners, our Head of Media Relations & Corporate Public Affairs and our Head of Corporate Branding, your main responsibilities will be within:

  • Storytelling for intranet (SharePoint), website (Sitecore) and corporate social media
  • Project and brand asset management, and light graphical design
  • Basic photography and video, as well as video and photo editing (Photoshop)
  • Various media relations tasks
  • Other practical tasks for the team at large
  • You don't have to have experience with all the tasks, but you must be willing to learn.

We are looking for
You probably have a bachelor’s degree in communication or English and have recently started your master’s degree in English, marketing, communication or digital media. You are a highly confident English speaker and writer. Most importantly, you have a flair for communication at large. Enthusiasm, attention to detail and responsiveness are keys to success in this role. You naturally take responsibility for your tasks and are comfortable collaborating with colleagues from around the organization.
Microsoft Office, SharePoint, basic Photoshop and our social media channels will be your important working tools and perhaps you are already acquainted with these tools.

You will become part of an ambitious and busy communication team in a fast-moving business environment. You will get the opportunity to network across the organization and work independently with your tasks. The job is 16 hours per week, but working hours will be adapted to your lessons and exams.
