Let your creativity come alive and help us design and develop a new change management concept within the ROCKWOOL Group Supply Chain organisation. In this position you will have a real chance to influence how we professionalise change management in an international company.

This is who we are
About a year ago, we set out to establish a small team within ROCKWOOL Group Supply Chain to develop a concept and toolbox for how we conduct change management across the organisation in a major strategic project. Today, the team, called Change & Adaption, is a greater success that we hoped for.

In this exhilarating development phase, we need to add creativity and new ideas on how to make this concept come alive. This is where you come in – so get ready to apply theory from the classroom to our office.

Group Supply Chain consists of a team of 10 specialists, 8 located in Denmark. Currently, 2 colleagues make up Change & Adaption, and you will join them, working 2 days a week (15 hours in total) from our office in Hedehusene.

This is the role
As you might have noticed by now, this is not a regular student assistant position. Yes, we will leave some of the more routine-oriented tasks on your desk, like filling in templates and assisting with ad hoc tasks in the Supply Chain team. However, we are equally keen to draw from your creativity to help us design, develop and implement the concept and toolbox. Thus, you actively contribute with:

  • Developing and designing the Change & Adaption concept and toolbox
  • Designing and producing animated videos with our brand new software
  • Developing and writing internal communication concepts and templates
  • Developing end-user learning journeys and training material
  • Planning, facilitating and documenting workshops across the organisation
  • Ensuring recurring stakeholder management
  • Promoting Change & Adaption across ROCKWOOL

”If I was a student interested in change management today, I wouldn’t hesitate one bit. You’ll be a part of this from the very beginning, developing, experimenting and testing to see what’s working – and not working, of course.” – Thomas Bergfors, Supply Chain Specialist

This is what you offer
You are currently doing your master’s degree, probably within an IT-, technical- or business-related field. Most importantly, your interest lies within change management. Further, it is key that you:

  • Can show us how you bring your creativity and out of-the-box thinking to a project
  • Have a keen interest in exploiting new opportunities
  • Can get your message across both through digital medias – both verbally and written
  • Have a talent for stakeholder management and enjoy working directly with people from all over the organisation

This is what we offer
Apart from what has already been mentioned, this is also an opportunity to be working on an international project in ROCKWOOL. Joining our change management journey, you will get first-hand knowledge of working in a diverse and ever-changing organisation.
