About the department 
You will be part of Advanced Analytics department within our Manufacturing Development area. Main responsibilities for the team are supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using IT, data and lean, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products. We are currently on a journey towards becoming even more data driven in this role. 

The job 
We are looking for a student worker to support our Data Scientists for 10 - 16 hours per week. The main tasks will be supporting the projects to apply deep learning in our vision projects. It involves Python scripting and you might be driving minor projects.
The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gain industry experience and build a network with talented professionals in the organisation. 

Qualifications 
We expect that you have, or are engaged in, an academic education on Bachelor level (or almost) in an engineering field or the natural sciences, with strong IT-skills. Curiosity about pharmaceutical processes and programming experience preferably Python. You are professional, self-engaged and show a high degree of attention to detail. You must have a mindset of an entrepreneur. You have an interest in working with image recognition and deep learning. You can keep deadlines. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
