Student Assistant, Technical Documentation
WSAudiology is an exciting workplace where having the right mindset and qualification is imperative. You will be joining the Technical Documentation Team, part of marketing, and work closely with our Technical Documentation Specialists and Translation Coordinators.
You will be part of an informal, but also complex international environment, where your tasks require your presence in the office. The Tech Doc. department prepares different user focused documentation (IFUs and Data Sheets) for hearing aids and accessories for all WSAudiology brands and private labels. We manage translation of up to 50 languages working with an external language service provider. Today the Tech. Writers also manage translation.
The role
You will support the Tech Doc specialists and Translation Coordinators in getting documentation approved and released on time.
- Day-to-day tasks and support
- Sending documentation for approval and follow-up
- Receiving and checking documentation
- Releasing documents
- Uploading and linking documents in our PLM system
- Independently manage minor document updates
About you
- 0-1 years of work experience in a global company in a supporting role
- You value being a collaborator, supporting and learning from the team
- You know when to insist, and when to accept and compromise
- You are structured, systematic and solution oriented
- You can work independently and take ownership of your work
- You engage and communicate easily with new people globally
- You enjoy that no workday is the same and can work under pressure
- You are a proficient user of MS Office, knowledge of SharePoint, and InDesign is a plus
- You enjoy learning new things and system
- The corporate language is English, and you communicate effortlessly in Danish and English oral and written
