What are you going to do?
As a student assistant your focus will be to support our technical departments on five locations in Denmark. Your main role will include:

  • Registration and filling in of master data on technical correspondence
  • Drive daily improvement in the daily technical correspondence (improve e-mail/ticket flow)
  • Present data in a visual way (Power BI)
  • Ad hoc assignments
  • IT related issues (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Who are you?
You strive to have a positive attitude since it will lead to a positive outcome. You have a flair for IT, you see a potential in presenting data in a structured way, and you have knowledge in handling data.

You also find it natural to have customer contact in writing (English) and do your utmost to meet customers and colleagues with an open mind.

After some internal training you will thrive in an environment with individual assignments while at the same time being able to share knowledge and enter into cross-functional teams where it is found needed.

How is your new team/area of business?
We offer a job where it will be possible to act on great ideas while at the same time ensuring proper training in various job assignments. It is a knowledge intensive company where the daily correspondence will be with highly skilled engineers on one side and maritime customers with technical problems on the other side.

We are trying to adapt the great ideas from all in the teams in order to improve daily business and having a curly mind is only a benefit while at the same time being able to accept that working in a large organization sometimes puts limits to how many great ideas we can absorb.

You will be working in a support function to the technical department consisting of eight close colleagues with the main focus of running department process and product optimization projects.
