Areas of responsibility
As a Student Assistant in our PtX department, you will play an important role in supporting our Procurement function with operational tasks such as:

  • Assisting with issuing purchase Orders / performing procurement expediting tasks
  • Enter data into our procurement Management System
  • Supplier mapping / Supplier registration tasks
  • Administration of bank guarantees from suppliers
  • Supporting the procurement function on day-to-day tasks

To thrive in the position we imagine
You are an ambitious student, with a good understanding of supply chain and project management. You are currently studying for your Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Supply Chain Management. In addition, we expect that you:

  • Work in a structured and systematic manner, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high quality
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and manage a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Are proficient in written and spoken English
  • Can systematize and structure different work processes
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
  • Have advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, teams, and PowerPoint and preferably with SharePoint

As a person, you are structured, open-minded, and eager to learn. You are willing to develop yourself personally and professionally. You are curious and have solid problem-solving skills, and you are motivated by completing projects effectively and going the extra mile.
