Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is about step-changing the way we manage our products throughout their lifecycle. It is about integrating people, processes, data, and systems to ensure that we can meet current and future demands from our customers and consumers. It is about enabling more efficient innovation, securing transparency of our product data, and reducing complexity in our product portfolio. In the PLM Center of Excellence (CoE) we are anchoring our PLM set-up in Arla and we are looking for a Student Assistant with interest for processes, IT systems and change management to join the team.

About the job
As our Student Assistant, you will be supporting the Process Consultants in our team. In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary focus will be:

  • Responsible for our PLM Super User Community incl. onboarding of new Super Users and running Super User meetings
  • User support through our PLM mailbox
  • System enhancement support
  • Update of processes and user guides
  • Approval flow for new users
  • User support of our project management tool

Upcoming internship during fall semester of 2023 
It would be possible take up an internship role in the autumn semester of 2023 (from August – December). As an intern, you will get the possibility to drive your own projects and make contributions with genuine business impact. 

Who are you? 
Ideally, you are doing your bachelor degree or just having started your master’s degree. You are curious by nature, have a structured approach to your work and thrive with working independently.  You are eager to learn and enjoy challenges. You have a strong communicative nature and get energy from interacting with and helping others. You are fast in understanding ways of working, have flair  for IT systems and are eager to learn the connection between processes and systems across our value chain. Moreover, we expect that you have:

  • Solid communication skills in English both written and spoken 
  • Have experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You will build a wide understanding for people, process, data and systems across the value chain and develop your stakeholder and change management skills. The position is based in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark and will be 15 hours per week.
