European Energy is an international company in rapid growth, with HQ in Denmark. We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment of assets, as well as Power-to-X. Areas of responsibility
As a Student Assistant in our PtX department you will play an important role in supporting our Procurement function with operational tasks such as: 

  • Assisting with issuing Purchase Orders / performing procurement expediting tasks
  • Enter data into our Procurement Management System
  • Supplier mapping / Supplier registration tasks
  • Administration of bank guarantees from Suppliers
  • Supporting the procurement function on day-to-day tasks

Qualifications
You are an ambitious student, with good understanding of supply chain and project management. You are currently studying for your Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably within Supply Chain Management. In addition, we expect that you: 

  • Work in a structured and systematic manner, detail oriented and committed to deliver high quality
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and manage a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Are proficient in written and spoken English
  • Can systematize and structure different work processes
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiatives and ownership
  • Have advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and preferably with SharePoint

It is essential that you possess solid problem-solving skills, critical thinking and that you are motivated by completing projects effectively and going the extra mile.
