About the job
As a student assistant, you will take part in Arla’s European Commercial Operations, supporting projects across teams and boarders. We’re searching for a student assistant to support a variety of European tasks. In each task, you will get first-hand experience with both strategic- and operational tasks. Net revenue management is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European Zone.
- You will support our communication site by being responsible for facilitating our newsletter to share relevant and valuable information within the Arla network. Furthermore, you will support our network site Yammer to share news about NRM.
- You will support our tracking tool to make sure we are on top of the local markets and we are on track with our targets
- You will support the team in the development of the strategy and commercial plans through category deep dive analytics across all NRM levers (brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active channel mix, promotion management, trade terms optimization)
- You will support our new academy training and the European NRM team to develop & execute a roadmap to build capability, processes to enable improved business outcomes
Who are you?
You have a creative mindset and interest for communication as you will be in charge of our monthly newsletter, but also being creative with visualisation in PowerPoint. You should also have some understanding and curiosity of data and numbers. Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Preferable start a relevant Master degree (Cand.merc. Marketing, Strategic Communication, Commercial and Retail Management, International Business etc.)
- Have strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel and if you command PowerBI or other reporting systems it would be even better!)
- Be able to start in September 2022 and work 15 hours/week
- Have an interest in the opportunity for an internship in the Autumn 2023
