Take the Systematic brand far and wide
As a Student Assistant, you will try your hand at a wide range of marketing activities in our Digital Transformation business unit. This business unit involves products within the library sector and the offshore wind industry - but also projects within renewables, business intelligence, the public sector and so forth. You will support our sales strategy by ensuring that our products and solutions are inspiring and targeted at our customers both in Denmark and internationally. You will therefore acquire hands-on marketing experience across a range of products and projects. The role gives you a broad interface right across the organisation, and will require close cooperation with the sales teams, product management as well as our corporate communications team.

Your primary tasks will comprise:

  • Sending out newsletters
  • Planning and preparing social media content
  • Researching, angling and writing internal and external news
  • Updating Systematic’s website using the Umbraco CMS system – texts and layout
  • Producing images and text for digital and print media
  • Coordinating small events
  • Ensuring streamlined communication with a focus on key messages
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners in connection with graphic work, text production and print media
  • Identifying and optimising SEO
  • Setting up sales and product presentations

Freedom with responsibility
As a Systematic Student Assistant, you will work with your tasks on an equal footing with your colleagues on the team, and you will receive ongoing feedback on your work. We will give you a thorough introduction to your work area and to the company, which will enable you to assume ownership for your tasks and see them through to completion. You will be working independently with your tasks, and able to structure your own working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’. At Systematic, we value a relaxed atmosphere and effective dialogue, so you will find a culture characterised by trust, transparency and helpfulness. You will be working in a dynamic environment, and we endeavour to strike a good balance between your wishes, the formal requirements of your study programme, and our expectations. What is most important for us is that you learn a lot, and have fun while you are here.

Preferred skills:

  • As regards your personal qualities, you set great store by being creative and quality-conscious, and you take a structured approach to your work
  • You are able to work independently, and organise your own working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’
  • You are a dab hand with IT, and talented when it comes to putting pen to paper and writing a good story
  • You enjoy assuming the role of coordinator, and are motivated by seeing your tasks through to completion
  • It is a plus but not a requirement if you have experience with social media marketing, inbound marketing and websites, and if you have tried your hand at Photoshop

Minimum qualifications:

  • You are studying for a relevant degree within marketing or communication etc., for example an MA in International Business Communication, corporate communication, marketing or journalism
  • We are looking for someone with a varied marketing toolbox who knows how companies create a successful marketing mix
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
  • We work with security classified projects and, as a Systematic employee, you must be able to obtain a security clearance. This means that you must, as a minimum, have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years
