Student Assistant, IT Project Management - Aarhus

About the job
We both offer a full-time internship and a student assistant position approx. 15 hours per week dependent on your interest. You will join our Agile Release Train Dairy (Dairy ART) and be a part of our Agile journey within Arla to deliver IT solutions to our dairies throughout the world.  You will get to work on challenging  projects and tasks in a growth environment with competent and passionate colleagues supporting you while you add valuable work experience to your resume. You will join our Delivery Management team and help our skilled Senior project managers with executing some of our large CAPEX projects to our dairies. Our project managers are delivering small and large digitalization projects toward our production sites and are playing a huge part of Arla’s digitalization journey. We are working in the field of agile and more traditional project management where you will support us both in delivery in our projects and also in our continuous improvement of our project manager toolkit, resource management and time registration. More specifically you will:  

• Be a key member of our delivery management team that consists of skilled project managers who is executing on small and large digitalization projects to our production sites
• Work collaboratively to deliver tasks or even small projects together with our senior project managers in Danish and international production sites.
• Help with administrative tasks on the projects and in the team in general as resource management, time registrations and help towards preparations for planning sessions.

Who are you?
You can perform in a dynamic environment and are able to balance several tasks and challenges at the same time. You are ambitious, open-minded and structured, and you work with drive and energy. We also expect you to understand how to create and maintain a good overview. You are a team player but at the same time able to work independently with your project and tasks. Further, it is a requirement to:

• Have an interest within the field of IT and study a relevant program (E.g. electrical, automation or software engineering, IKTO, project management etc.)
• Be enrolled at an university in Denmark and if you are interested in an internship, this must be part of your study program.
• Are able to speak and write English fluently
