Student Assistant, International HR

You will be working with a variety of different HR activities, such as our People agenda – “unlocking potential in high performing teams”, and support the use of assessments as a key tool used by Leadership Teams in our business units. Furthermore, you will project manage the on-going implementation programme – support and provide Leadership Teams with different assessment resources/modules.
Who are you?
Based in Copenhagen, our new Student Assistant will be working in close cooperation with our HR Director for the international business unit, that spread from the Dominican Republic in the west, to China in the east. In connection to the dynamic nature of the current global environment – your responsibilities will be to support a wide range of HR activities, from across the spectrum of the people processes.
Furthermore, we assume that you:
- Are an inquisitive self-starter and a natural networker, who has a passion for people and the ability to work agilely.
- Possess strong English skills in both written and spoken.
- Are a Digital Native – both in terms of presentation and communication – but equally in analytical capability and preferably an Office 365 superuser.
- Will be studying for at least 1-2 more years - please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
- Will be able to work approx.. 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
