Are you looking for an exciting student job where you can use your expertise from your studies and/or relevant work experience? Then you may be our new Student Assistant in the Oticon Project & Process Management Office.

About the job 

You will become part of a small team in the Sales & Marketing organization in Oticon, and work in close cooperation with many stakeholders. More specifically, you will be managing smaller projects from development and implementation of Sales and Marketing processes to internal communication projects and management support. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied. Some of the tasks include:
  

  • Align Sales & Marketing process flows with our colleagues across the world
  • Development of internal training materials to support compliance training
  • Develop, review and maintain company presentations
  • Maintenance of internal organisational platforms
  • Ad hoc task to support the Oticon Sales & Marketing Group, e.g. budget support

Your background and personal competencies

You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within Marketing, Project Management or Communications and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing.

We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. In addition, you have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are very well experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you.

In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:

  • Analytical mindset
  • Good at communicating complex issues
  • Have a service-minded attitude
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Speak and write English fluently

We expect you to work 16 hours per week and we are of course flexible in exam periods.
