Our Injection Moulding Operations team
At our site in Espergærde, north of Copenhagen, you will work alongside 25 enthusiastic and committed employees in the Injection Moulding (IM) department. You will work primarily with our four Area Managers and the Head of IM Operations. Together, we provide timely, cost-efficient and stable deliverables of injection-moulded parts in the right quality. These parts will subsequently be used for making our many products that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

Contribute with important insight and support strategic decisions
You will support activities leading into the final supply of parts. Your main task will be gathering and organizing a significant amount of data which will be of critical importance to support the Area Managers and the Head of Injection Moulding Operations in their decisions. On top of that, you will be in charge of preparing reports and to maintain the current portfolio analyses and the SharePoint site. No two days will be the same, but you can expect to:

  •     Track of and generate insights on cost spend for the Injection Moulding Operations team
  •     Support Area Managers’ decision-making process with monthly one-to-one meetings where you follow-up on cost trends, budget adherence, and new Capex investments projects status
  •     Manage data in Excel to provide critical insights on spending patterns, suppliers' performance and possible improvements
  •     Prepare PowerPoint and Power BI presentations to support the budget definition and dialogue with other departments

We will need your help 10-20 hours during the weekdays. We will plan your workdays together to make sure they fit with your studies, and we are highly flexible during holiday and exam periods.

Student with a knack for data management and an eye for detail

  •     You are studying for a degree, preferably in engineering, finance or similar, and as a minimum on the last semester of your Bachelor’s
  •     You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data modelling in Excel
  •     You know how to manage and prioritise your tasks, and you pay high attention to detail
  •     You communicate effortlessly in English. Danish is a plus
  •     Experience with SharePoint will be an advance.
