Join Arla’s ART (Agile Release Train) named “Digital Solutions and Infrastructure”, to be part of a great department delivering IT infrastructure across various technology platforms. DSI ART delivers network, system integrations, IT security, on-premises and Cloud Datacentre changes as well as SAP Basis services to the business and to other Release Trains. The ART has multiple teams and is currently in need of your assistance.
About the job
We are looking for someone, who is interested in working with among other things:
- Coordination with stakeholders, project members and consultants
- Facilitate meetings and appointments
- Communication tasks: preparation of advice to mail, Yammer, Teams etc.
- Preparation of presentations
In this role, your technical understanding is not the most important thing. It is much more your ability to get involved quickly, take responsibility, and see where you can contribute, that will be crucial for success in this position. This is a learning position, where you will learn a lot about how to work with IT in Arla.
Who are you?
You are self-organized and like solving the tasks. You like to challenge yourself and learn new stuff, you thrive engaging with people from different cultures and with various backgrounds. Furthermore:
- You have an interest or willingness to learn about Cloud platforms (especially Azure and O365)
- You are interested to learn about Microsoft Enterprise products, Network and Security
- You have good analytic skills and understand complex processes
- You have minimum a bachelor’s degree
- You speak and write English well
