Student assistant - Global IT, Communications specialist

You will join our IT Strategy and PMO area
As our new Student assistant in the Global IT organization, you will be part of a passionate and diverse function located in DK, India, UK and US. You will be anchored in the IT Strategy and PMO area, working on communication tasks for IT Management and Projects.

You will be preparing our communication plan and ensure communication from Global IT to our colleagues in the rest of Ramboll. You will most likely also be involved in Projects where you will be part of developing content for communication to various stakeholders, using various communication channels at our disposal.

As a student assistant in our team, we aim to include you as an equal member of our team. You will be thus given the unique opportunity to learn by both working autonomously and being included in exciting conversations, thereby contributing to the success of the projects we lead and the IT department in general

We are a highly collaborative team, and we strive to appreciate our diversity and use it as a strength. We also work closely with our communication department and with our HR organisation (Talent Attraction) and both functions will of course be key stakeholders to engage and work with as well.

Required competencies
We are looking for both bachelor and master-level students in the field of communication – preferably with both understanding and an interest towards IT.

You should be able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week on average with variationsdepending on your study and on the volume of work.

You will enjoy this job if you are a curious and courageous individual who loves to learnand is not afraid of asking questions or showing who you are. We would also like youto be collaborative, helpful and informal – but most important you must understand to communicate in a form and language that’s straight to the point, appealing and understandable by our colleagues outside IT.

We both wish to show and inform our colleagues in Ramboll how Global IT brings value to the business, on governance decisions and to tell our good stories from e.g. projects. We also wish to promote a culture with push communication through various channels – e.g., a more active use of LinkedIn, engage in career fairs at universities, etc. – telling the good story about Global IT and our role in Ramboll with the purpose to attract the best Talent to our organization.

You should be comfortable creating content (Newsletters, Intranet posts, Presentations, use Yammer, Collaboration Spaces, Templates, Reports, etc.), havingprofessional conversations in English, using MS Office tools or similar and of course be open to various administrative tasks like collecting input for communications, follow-up on actions, etc.

You will be entrusted with tasks and empowerment that will require you to work in aself-driven way and we look forward to hearing your perspectives and see yoursolutions.
