About the department
In Global Information Security, we are looking for a Student Assistant. You will join a team of ambitious, supportive, and hardworking colleagues, in an organisation that values good team spirit.

You will join our Global Information Security Management department and be a part of the Global Information Security community, currently consisting of 80+ global colleagues working with information security in operations, manufacturing, projects and strategy.
 
Our departments span from Denmark, to USA and India. We also have local Information security contacts and other important stakeholders throughout the world.

Global Information Security Management is part of Global IT in Novo Nordisk A/S. In Global IT we manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

The position
Your primary tasks are:

  • Support to department managers
  • Support to senior architects
  • Support development and conduct of awareness, training, and communication with focus on user experience for the target groups
  • Maintain and develop content on our internal websites, and guidelines 
  • Ad hoc activities: coordinate department events, create purchase orders

You can expect your tasks to develop over time with ad hoc tasks and special projects depending on your skills and interests. You must be self-driven as well as good at seeing and catching opportunities to make a difference to the department and your colleagues.

We expect you to work 15-20 hours per week. We offer a high degree of flexibility around your exams.

You will report to the Department Manager of Global Information Security Advisory.

Qualifications
You are studying a relevant bachelor or master’s degree with 2-3 years left in your studies. You have obtained excellent results and have strong communication skills.

You are fluent in written and oral English.

You work structured and independently and you are known to have a positive and diplomatic personality.
