We are looking for a student assistant ready to share and grow
The Facility Management department is working on several projects focusing on employees having an effective, collaborative, and engaging workday.

We are looking for a student assistant to support this journey in cooperation with the workplace experience manager, based in Roskilde.

The focus for Facility Management is to improve the user experience and the workplace environment, ensuring a great workplace experience for our colleagues.

BEC are striving to develop the ‘user journeys’ throughout the workday. We are in a user-oriented process of transforming our workplace environment to the needs Post- COVID and cater for the future needs to the workplace.

You will be heavily involved in collecting data from ongoing workplace pilots and the planning of a full roll out in 2022, along with other minor projects set out to improve the daily workplace experience.

Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as student assistant, you will work closely with the workplace experience manager, Facility Management department, the pilot project in the organization and the Communication team.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

  • Support the workplace experience manager
  • Collect user insights in different formats and analyze the findings
  • User communication and guides
  • Project management and general administration tasks

The student job is 15-20 hours a week adapted to your study and wishes.

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!
Preferably, you are studying in the field of Service, Service design, Facility Management or Communication at AP, Bachelor’s or Master’s level and have some experience in any or more of the fields.

The contact is for 1 year; however, extension may be possible.

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
