In this newly established position, you will be an active contributor in the innovation team and participate in the daily work in the mechanical and electrical test and prototype laboratories.
Your tasks will vary from week to week, but is likely to include: 

  • Maintenance and service of equipment in the lab 
  • Make sure the equipment gets calibrated on time
  • Ensure good quality and overview of our equipment documents
  • General assistance with Ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Keeping the SDS library up to date and mark new chemicals

The position is aimed at about 8 hours per week, but with flexible planning from week to week, depending on both your and Ambu’s needs.

Motivated for medical technology development and broad technical understanding 
Ideally, you are currently studying mechanical engineering, material sciences or another relevant technical degree. You have strong technical knowledge and interest, and you may have worked in a laboratory before. You are structured and detail-oriented in your work and a fast learner. It will be an advantage to have at least a superficial knowledge of ISO standards. As a person, you are curious, highly motivated, and open to new challenges in a fast-passed innovative working environment. You are social and have great interpersonal skills. Since we are a global organization, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. It is therefore required that you are fluent in English and that you can communicate efficiently in both writing and speech.
