You will join our Project department in Energy
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with highly motivated and passionate colleagues. The culture in the department is characterized by being professional and with a high degree of job satisfaction.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the tender process
- Produce input to tenders and upload in databases
- Registration in client databases
- Coordinate status and decision meetings including follow up
- Processing of CVs
In addition to this you are expected to assist the leadership team with communication in relation to strategic projects as well as ad hoc communications tasks.
You will be working 1-2 days a week, depending on your studies and availability. The start date for this position will be after the summer holiday.

- Bachelor or Master’s student
- Super communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbally
