We are working with radical innovation within the cooling space to support SDG13 and we are building new businesses globally to create a real impact on CO2 emissions. Together with the other student assistants, you will be joining a team of 5 seasoned veterans in innovation and business building. As part of the job you will also get to work with thought leaders within innovation and participate in workshops and training.
Role:
Accelerate growth of marketing qualified leads by creating and distributing compelling content through various digital marketing channels.
Tasks:
- Marketing Technology Stack Integration: Setup and integrate various marketing tools and platforms (CRM, CMS, Email Marketing, SEO, SoMe, etc.)
- Campaign Management: Contributing with creative ideas and experiments to marketing campaigns
- Data Analysis: Analyzing and distributing information such as website, advertising, and SoMe analytics
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with landing pages to optimize conversion rates
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation systems
- SEO Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the website to improve authority and SEO rank
- SoMe Management: Monitoring SoMe accounts, creating content and responding to messages
Key Success Factors:
- Reduce cost per lead
- Reduce customer acquisition cost
- Grow number of leads
- Increase quality of leads
- Experience from digital marketing
- Preferably B2B or alternatively B2C marketing experience
Technical, functional, and professional requirements
Most importantly you have the ability to learn new tools and processes within digital marketing quickly. Furthermore, you know tools and processes within marketing, marketing automation and web like CMS, email marketing, LinkedIn/Google/Facebook/WhatsApp Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, A/B split testing.
Additional requirements
You don’t have to be fluent in Danish, but you need to be to be fluent in English both spoken and in writing. If you know either of the following languages, that would be a BIG plus: Thai, Bahasa (Indonesian or Malay), Vietnamese or Filipino. You are comfortable with uncertainty and have a good mix of strong analytical skills and creative thinking. Apart from the skills and competencies listed above, we value curiosity, kindness, and the ability to think and act independently.
What do you need to apply?
In Future Lab we work from wherever it makes sense, and the composition and location of the team members will determine where and how we meet. However, you must be able to travel to Bjerringbro from time to time to meet up with the whole team and participate in workshops and planning sessions. You should be able to work 1-2 full days per week. You have most likely a bachelor level in Business Administration, Marketing or similar but we accept candidates for these positions regardless of your field of study. You may be studying a degree in business, communication, or philosophy. You could be on your way to becoming an engineer or a psychologist. Or something else entirely.
