We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing student to join AIB Market Team Europe, which is part of the commercial division within Agriculture and Industrial Biosolutions (AIB)in Europe. You will get exposure to many of our strategic industries (e.g. BioEnergy, BioAg, Animal Health and Nutrition, Grain and Technical processing) as well as to a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Exploring digital go-to-market models is a strategic priority within Novozymes. In Digital Marketing, AIB Market Team Europe, we have the ambition to support commercial objectives by developing high-performing digital campaigns and engagement.
In this role you will make an impact:
- Developing and executing digital campaigns based on commercial objectives
- Content creation (copywriting and graphics)
- Landign page design
- Marketing automation
- eCommerce solutions
- Performance tracking and reporting
You will be able to drive your own projects and take responsibility for deliverables, allowing you to build on your digital marketing competencies in a company committed to rethinking tomorrow. The average time commitment in the position is 15-20 hours per week, with expected mutual flexibility. You will report to Digital Marketing Manager Rikke Munch Juul and be part of AIB Market Team Europe. We are a great dynamic team with different nationalities and diverse professional backgrounds, where you will be able to develop both personally and professionally.
To succeed you must be
- Doing your bachelor’s degree within digital marketing and communication, e-business, business management.
- Experienced in digital marketing, digital platforms, website design or interested in developing these skills
- Experience with/interest in MS Office, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Pardot Marketing Automation, Salesforce CRM. CMS: Drupal and Shopify.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude
- You are structured and enjoys challenges
- You have good communicational skills
- Fluent proficiency in both oral and written English.
