Join us as our new Student Assistant
You will be part of a dedicated Sales/R&D team in Novozymes Animal Health and Nutrition, close to both customers and the lab. As a student assistant, your primary focus will be to support the digital development of our training and communication platform for one of Novozymes’ biggest customers. In addition, you will also cover other ad hoc tasks, such as practicalities around physical customer meetings and events.

You will be giving high responsibility and freedom to work independently on your tasks, while interacting with the team in Denmark, but also our colleagues in Brazil, China, and other regions. As a student assistant, we count on you to challenge us with what you learn at your studies and you will be a core part of our team and all social events, along with our current student assistant. You will have to build knowledge on managing our platform, hosted by Docebo, to an extent where you can support the team with maintenance, product launch activities and further development of the platform. The position is 15-20 hours a week, but with flexible hours in times of exams or holidays. We expect you to work together with the team at our office in Lyngby majority of the time, but with the option to do part of the work from home, when the tasks allow.

In this role you’ll make an impact by
Our digital content will be an integrated part of how we sell enzymes in the future, and you will be a core part of the journey of combining virtual and physical customer interactions. The materials made will reach both salespeople and customers. And each time a customer buys our enzyme products, it means that less sustainable feed raw materials are replaced, or the health of animals is improved.

To succeed you must hold
First and foremost, you need to be curious, flexible and a fast learner to succeed in this role. You need to thrive in exploring and experimenting with a variety of digital tools, getting to master the relevant ones and support the team in using them to create e-learning and sales materials in creative ways.

To succeed in the job, it is important that you:

  • Are eager to make complex science easy to understand and commercially relevant
  • Are studying with minimum two years left. Relevant lines of studies are, but not limited to, learning processes, IT and digitalization, communication, interaction design, multimedia design, UX design
  • Have basic Office365 skills as you will work in PowerPoint and with data charts
  • Have experience with learning platforms (we use Docebo)
  • Have experience with tools for graphic illustrations and video editing, like Adobe, Camtasia, Articulate 360 and Vyond – or are ready to learn it
  • Advantage if you have basic understand of HTML and CSS
  • Can work independently and are comfortable with a high degree of responsibility
  • Speak and write English fluently
