The position
You will be part of the Digital Communication team, where you’ll be responsible for gathering insights and analytics from our digital channels. You’ll be providing us with monthly dashboards, campaign insights as well as website and social media analytics. 

You’ll be working closely with social media managers and website editors, translating data into tangible insights that can be used for improving how we communicate across our channels. Apart from the data and insights you will support and drive various digital communication projects on an ad-hoc basis. 

We expect that you can work between 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility around your exam periods. We are looking for a student to start 1st of May 2021. 

Qualifications
You are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Medias, IT, Business Administration or similar. You are interested in digital media, insights and data. You master Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint professionally. It will be an advantaged if, you have experience from working with one or more of the following systems: 

  • Sprinklr, 
  • Adobe Analytics, 
  • DialogFlow, 
  • SiteImprove, 
  • Adobe Experience Manager, 
  • Business Manager (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), 
  • Google Webmaster Tools.

As a person you have a can-do attitude, are self-driven, structured and are a systematic person who never loses track of the project or the involved stakeholders. It is a requirement that you are fluent in spoken and written English.
 

About the department
We are a dedicated team of nine people, responsible for developing, driving and maintaining all corporate digital channels, including social media and novonordisk.com. We have different backgrounds but a shared passion for digital media, we love new and crazy ideas and we appreciate teamwork and can-do attitudes. We’re part of the Corporate Communications department, located in our headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark.
