About the team
You will be joining our team in Delivery Excellence, which is a team of 19 bright colleagues, who work closely with delivery management in TSP to optimize and support our business and customer experience. We are a diverse, dynamic, and high performing team with an informal working atmosphere, who are passionate about driving transformation and standardization for KMD and our customers.
The team is part of our Technology Services & Projects unit at KMD; responsible for delivering IT infrastructure and solutions in collaboration with subcontractors to KMD’s strategic business units, which include customers in local government, regional government, central government, and private companies in Denmark and abroad.
About the job
In the position, your main task will be to ensure monthly analysis of our deliveries and communication of the results to the management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and take ownership of different exciting cross-cutting projects to improve internal processes and external deliveries to our customers.
Your tasks will therefore include:
- Execution of various deliverables from our monthly wheel
- Continuous development and preparation of management reporting and Business Insight for strategic decision making and overview
- Decommissioning of services
- Service Level Management
- Analyze trends and identify levers to optimize and automate our delivery models
- Sharing of best practice knowledge internally and assist our delivery teams in providing superior customer experience
- Assist our contractual and financial operation in an interdisciplinary role where you will build bridge between the daily operation and agreed obligations

Expected working hours are 15 hrs/week preferably 2 days per week, but with flexibility in planning regarding exams and other school activities (like “after-exam” celebrations 😉). You will be working from our office in Aarhus.

About you
You are currently pursuing a university level degree in business, economics, IT, or similar, and you have a beating heart to pursue a career within IT. Preferably, you are in your 3rd or 4th semester of your bachelor. We expect that you have demonstrated a strong performance, have experience working with large data analysis and have a strong can-do attitude to be able to engage with exciting tasks and senior people in KMD. In addition, you might have some experience with case competition/training with a focus on problem-solving, analysis and communication of findings.

- You can work on several topics simultaneously and still deliver on time and at high quality
- You can communicate convincingly to both internal and external stakeholders
- You are confident in presentations for a larger crowd and senior management
- You are curious, thrive in a busy environment, have a can-do attitude, and independently take initiative
- You are fluent in Danish and English and a strong user of Excel (ideally Power BI) and PowerPoint
- You are fluent in GIF’s and Memes, which we rely heavily on in the team :-)
