Student Assistant, Data Quality Analysis

European Energy is an international green energy company in exponential growth. In 2022 we have welcomed 270 new colleagues and are now approximately 620 enthusiastic, professional employees. We have a student community with more than 40 of our students participating in development talks and social events. You will be a part of the Data Analysis team, which is a part of the IT department. The team consists of a Data Engineer, a Data Product Owner and a Team Leader. The team has a transversal focus on all of our data and they make sure we can deliver rapports and analysis of high quality to evolve and optimize the business process throughout the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Data Quality checks on production data
- Enhance the quality of Master Data for the company portfolio of wind turbines and solar parks
- Follow-up of identified data issues
- Source production data from external parties/automated data capture process & insert it into our database
- Communicate identified data issues
- Prepare and operate PowerBI reports for visualizing data quality metrics
To thrive in this position we imagine:
- You are currently studying for your Master’s at the university or an equivalent institution within Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
- You are fully proficient in English, oral and written
- You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel
- It is beneficial if you have experience with PowerBI
As a person, you are friendly, curious, and have an organized approach to your work. You have an eye for details and like things being in order. You are not afraid to interact with many different stakeholders within the organization.

Location: Søborg (HQ), Denmark.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week with flexibility in exam periods.
