Student Assistant, Corporate Procurement

Corporate Procurement in Ambu is looking for a passionate student assistant to support with a range of foundational procurement activities. The job requires a structured approach, analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and a talent for stakeholder management.

In close collaboration with our Corporate Procurement Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
Contract Management maintenance & optimization – on demand handling of contracts and improvement of processes and data related to contract management
Maintenance and expansion of supply base related documentation – e.g. Code of Conduct, GDPR, verification of supplier quality systems, and material component questionnaires
Procurement process optimization – Develop, implement and support procurement processes, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks
We are looking for a student with interest and competencies in Procurement. We assume that you are in the beginning/end of your bachelor/masters and have competences/interests within the some of these fields; Procurement, Digitalization and IT structures, Supply Chain, CSR. Furthermore, you are structured, a fast learner, detail orientated and self-driven.
You preferably have good excel skills or the wish to learn and is comfortable with both written and spoken communication in English.
The job requires around 10-14 hours per week, but hours are flexible in terms of holidays, exams etc.
