Do you like to work on different projects with many different stakeholders? Can you create powerful visuals to get your message across and inform all your relevant stakeholders? If so, this position might be something for you. The M&I Train in Aarhus is looking for a student assistant to support us with our daily communication tasks. 

Join our Business Change Management (BCM) Team

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project is about how we best manage our products through their lifecycle. By implementing PLM we are providing Arla with one source of truth product data, improving the way we collaborate across functions and optimizing ways of working and processes. This project has an impact on many Arla employees. 

You will be a part of the Business Change Management team, we are responsible for the roll-out, change management, training and communication of PLM.  Your assignments will be mainly within communication, supporting all the communication activities on our platforms to keep our users, future users and other colleagues informed about PLM. 

We use a variety of different channels to get our message across and we need a student assistant to create the visuals, of course with input from us. It can be visuals for our coffee machines, infoboards at our offices and dairies, our monthly Newsletter, training material for new users and short articles on our Intranet. 

Apart from communication there will also be a variation of stakeholder management tasks, which includes the maintenance of flow that controls our new users, updating of our E-learning modules and creating our BCM report which shows our progress on our KPI’s. 

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a coordination gene combined with a flair for detail. You are used to juggling different projects while keeping your stakeholders informed. You can keep an overview in a hectic day, while you work independently and goal oriented. You are a quick learning and have great IT skills. You are a born communicator – also in English. Preferably you have experience with working with PowerPoint and Videoscribe or similar video tools. 

The position is for 10-15 hours a week, and can be placed over several days. Our current student assistant is graduating this summer, a handover of her tasks will be planned according to your start date – which we prefer to be as soon as possible.
