About the job
We are looking for a new Student Assistant to support our team 10-15 hours a week. We offer an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with focus on collaboration between departments to ensure we meet the new 2025 strategy of the company.
In this role, your responsibility will grow over time as you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and challenges. You will also be exposed to tasks such as: Market Screening, Project Management, Market Analyses and Market Access Support.
We offer you an opportunity to work in attractive working conditions with great options for both personal and professional development – and hopefully a lot of fun on the way.
Who are you?

Further, you have shown strong academic results. Your educational background will complement our current Student Assistants who have other educational backgrounds. - Proficient in spoken and written English
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Willing to contribute to a fun and transparent working environment where everyone’s opinion matters
You will be joining a multinational team where we consider diversity of backgrounds and skillset a strength. Orifarm’s operation is expanding into new territories, so cultural sensitivity and understanding are required to succeed in this role.
Who are we?
In-licensing is part of Orifarm Healthcare’s Business Development department – a rapidly growing function responsible for building the pipeline for future growth of the company. In In-licensing we constantly look for external opportunities to support the ambitions of the group and to strategically develop our function to become the preferred partner in our markets for suppliers, CMOs & pharmaceutical developers.
Our team currently consists of 10 full time employees and 4 Student Assistants, covering all parts of the licensing process – from idea to contract. We work in close collaboration with many other functions from Regulatory Affairs to Sales & Marketing to ensure that new products get to market as quickly as possible.

We work in a result oriented manner, which at times requires a high level of expertise and dedication – and at other times a more flexible approach to tasks and challenges.
Everyone should have access to modern medicine. High costs or lack of access to pharmaceuticals should never impact our possibility to receive treatment or relief and live a healthy life. In Orifarm, we aim to bring healthy days by making modern healthcare a better deal for the people and the societies we serve. Working towards our vision, we create access to affordable high-quality pharmaceuticals and healthcare products by challenging markets and always seeking new opportunities. With our core values paving the way, we always act responsibly and constantly with our customers in the center of our attention. And everything we do is driven by our sole purpose:
For as many as possible, as healthy a day as possible.
Our history goes back to 1994 where Orifarm was founded in Denmark by Hans and Birgitte Bøgh-Sørensen. Since then, Orifarm has grown from a small nine-person company into an international company operating globally in 13 countries. Today, Orifarm is Europe's largest parallel importer of pharmaceuticals and Denmark's largest supplier of pharmaceuticals with more than 2,200 employees.
We operate within seven different business areas: Over the Counter (OTC), Consumer Healthcare, Generics, Promotional Rx, Unlicensed Medicines, Parallel Import and Clinical Trials Supplies (CTS). Further, we focus heavily on new business opportunities and synergistic M&A to expand our offerings.
At Orifarm, we know our growth comes from the growth of our employees. We are an ambitious organization with an entrepreneurial culture, and we celebrate can-do attitudes, smarts and hearts. Our secret to success? Valuing how different skillsets join forces to make our journey happen. Whether you play a direct or an indirect part of fulfilling our purpose, you get to contribute and use your skills, personal as well as professional. Indeed, at Orifarm your personal growth journey is shaped only by your contribution towards making healthy days for as many as possible.
We regard our feedback culture as a fundamental element in the individual employee’s opportunities for learning and development. And when we have good results, every employee, including student workers, are a part of our bonus scheme.
For student assistants, we have a student network, which offers yearly events of both social and professional character. At the moment, about 60 students are working in Orifarm and the network help bring their competences into play throughout the organization.
The role is located at our Head Quarters in Odense.
