At ROCKWOOL Group, we are committed to enriching the lives of everyone, who comes into contact with our products. Our products are perfectly suited to tackling many of today’s biggest sustainability and development challenges. From energy consumption to noise pollution, our solutions help our customers address many of the big issues of modern living.

You will become part of ROCKWOOL Nordics, where we are responsible for our four Nordic markets: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will be situated in our newly renovated Nordic headquarter in Hedehusene, but be a part of a Nordic organization with colleagues in all four countries. You can expect to spend 15-20 hours per week in the office, but we will of course be flexible during exam periods.

This is the role
ROCKWOOL Nordics is hiring a top performing student who wants to be part of driving our sustainable growth journey. As a Student Assistant you will be part of the Insights & Business Development team and have a clear impact on the business by supporting the team in driving strategic projects and assisting with various market analyses.

Your area of responsibility will be:

  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Development of various strategic analyses
  • Performance reporting and analyses
  • Monthly market newsletter
  • Preparation of meeting materials

This is what you offer

  • Be curious, proactive and have a strong drive
  • Well-organised and structured working methods – and ability to work with complex material and present it in compelling ways
  • Ability to turn complex data and market trends into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical capabilities – and Excel super-user
  • Work independently while also engaging collaboratively with colleagues, including discussing with and provide guidance to project and product managers
  • High level of comfort using Microsoft Office tools and apps, including PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint

You can be in the end of your bachelor’s degree or in the beginning of your master’s degree. You can be enrolled in e.g. CBS, ITU, KU or DTU. The important thing is that you have a solid business understanding, a positive and outgoing personality.

This is what we offer
This is a role, where you will develop fundamental business skills that could kickstart your career in the corporate or consulting business.

You will work closely together with our Insights & Business Development Manager, but be a part of our broader Marketing team. You will work on a broad range of projects and challenges, which requires interaction with departments and colleagues across the value chain. Because of this, you will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy, allowing you to develop your skillset. We offer you the opportunity to work in an ambitious, friendly and supportive department, where there are ample opportunities to bring your own ideas.
