Join the Business Analytics team
As our new employee you’ll get the chance to work with many different stakeholders, and we also offer you responsibility for different projects related to country analysis and market research. In our team we support the Oticon Medical Management team with profound analysis of our more than 25 sales companies and 3 headquarter sites, we also support the business operations, customer experience and sales part of the organization with analytical tasks and meeting materials.
Examples of tasks driven by the team are; understanding of production costs for hearing implants, pricing and profitability analysis, market data and insights, financial modelling, creation of business cases for various stakeholders including upgrade and service opportunity etc.
Work with business analytics in an ambitious growth company with a genuine purpose
Joining us you can look forward to taking on the following tasks:
- Market research and insights
- Update market data based on research
- Preparation of power-points for Management team, sales management etc.
- Upgrade and service opportunity – Support analyzing the business case
- Financial modelling
- Ad-hoc tasks (minimum 20-30% of time)
We are looking for you
We imagine that you have 1-2 years left of your studies within a relevant field. You live for data and believe that decisions should be based on profound valid analysis. Furthermore, we expect that you have some experience from a similar student position. It is a prerequisite that you have a strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
As a person you are proactive and a strong initiator. When given a task you strive to find solutions yourself, yet you are not afraid to ask for help if you need support. You have a creative mind and the ability to transform complex information into a simple story. As we support the Oticon Medical Management team we need to work in a coordinated and deadline-oriented matter, we therefore expect you to be structured and organized and further to see that you are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. At the same time, we appreciate a strong will to interact with our stakeholders in a respectful, involving and engaging manner as this creates the best results for everybody.
Finally, you want to be part of a young and dynamic team who is open-minded, ambitious and fun to work with! Your working hours are around 15 hours a week and we offer flexibility during exams period, as we believe your study has priority.
