About the job
You will become part of the BAHS Audiology & Software group, within the Research and Development team, whose main role is to develop new innovative signal processing algorithms and audiological concepts for bone-anchored hearing systems (BAHS). We have a multicultural team located in Smørum (near Copenhagen, Denmark). Your responsibilities may include supporting:

  • Support the development of audiological concepts for BAHS
  • Acoustic and vibration measurements and audio recording
  • Psychoacoustic (listening) tests
  • System testing 

Your background and personal competencies
We are seeking a candidate who is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Biomedical Engineering or other related fields. You will need to be comfortable programming in MATLAB (other languages will be a plus) and have experience/knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

  • Acoustic measurements and audio signal acquisition
  • Hearing sciences and psychoacoustics 
  • Signal processing, preferably for audio

For this role, you should have:

  • An analytical mind-set

  • A structured and organized approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • A team player
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written

We expect you to work (on average) 8 hours per week - but are of course flexible during exam periods.
