Student Assistant – Data area
Your primary job in RADAR will be to help establish data infrastructure for the feature teams as wells as ensuring data cleaning, analysis and visualization which will be a foundation for future data-driven audiological feature development for our hearing instruments. Some of your general tasks could be:

  • Developing interfaces in Matlab and/or Python.
  • Data cleaning, analysis and potentially modelling. 
  • Write documentation and guidelines.

Who are you?
As a person, you would describe yourself as someone, who works well within teams and thrives in a supportive role. You enjoy problem solving, you are thorough, and you have a good eye for detail. You possess good communication skills and is self-driven, systematic, structured, and adaptable. You have already experience within data science  and enjoy digging deeper into the subject matter as well as getting hands-on experience. We are looking for a profile where it is an advantage if you fit the following:

  • You are a student following a relevant MSc program.
  • Hands-on with Data Science (data cleaning, data analysis, data modeling and data visualization).
  • Audiological experience is a plus.
  • Programming skills in Python (e.g., Pandas) and Matlab are required.
  • Experience with Apache Spark (Spark SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure products is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Azure Databricks).
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written.
