Visiopharm strives to develop the best, newest and most intuitive software tools to strengthen physicians and researchers in the fight against cancer and other diseases. The market for digital pathology image analysis is expanding rapidly, and Visiopharm is at the fore front with our software solutions. Professional Services Department in Visiopharm consists of two teams providing valuable support and insights to our customers on the Visiopharm application and platform. The team is split between Denmark and the US and with a couple of employees working in Sweden. We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our dedicated team in HQ in Hørsholm. You will play an important role in our global Professional Services, providing content to guide our customers in the usage of our software.
Your primary tasks will be
- Maintain and continue to further develop the help manual
- Create videos to guide users through workflows
- Create content for release notes
- Edit and finalize videos recorded by other colleagues
- Maintaining translated help manuals for clinical use
- Assist Professional Services with minor projects/tasks
Our Ideal Candidate
- Student on a degree of engineering, preferably with min. 1.5 year left of studies.
- Good communication skills both in English and Danish
- Experienced with video creation and user guides for teaching material
You are independent and have a detail-oriented approach to your work. You thrive in a virtual and dynamic environment and are ready to ensure excellent user manual and teaching material to our customers.

What else…
The work hours are flexible, but we need your assistance 10-15 hours a week with a start date as soon as possible. We are of course understanding when it comes to your study-related activities and exams. Our HQ offices are in DTU Science Park, Hørsholm, and busses from Nørreport will take you straight to our front door. And did we mention that our lunch is really good, we have a good number of students and young engineers hired in the organization, the pay is competitive, and our humor is not that bad but very important to us.
