Primary tasks
The primary tasks will be the following:

  • Collect liquid nitrogen from DTU Nanolab and distributing it to our research equipment.
  • Autoclave labware from our cell laboratory
  • Refill stocks with laboratory consumables

Baseline is approximately 5-6 hours a week. The work has to be carried out on weekdays and during office hours, but we are flexible so you are free to plan according to your studies and other interests. The work is not difficult but requires a little strength, technical savvy, and that instructions are followed meticulously to keep both you and our equipment safe. We depend on a smooth collaboration with DTU Nanolab, and since the work is highly critical for our operation, you need to be reliable, steady and able to plan your work ahead. In order to apply for this position you need to be enrolled as a BSc or MSc student at a Danish university.

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the Public Employee Organisation Collective Agreement and the organisation agreement for office workers, laboratory technicians and IT employees (HK) signed with HK/State. This is a temporary position, which will cease without further notice when you finish your studies.
