Structural Specialist for technical management

Do you want to be part of the technical management of our Structural Engineering department?

Join us and become Structural Specialist in Structural Engineering, Foundations division, where you’ll be responsible for the technical management of the department together with the senior lead specialist within corrosion. You’ll join a department of skilled specialists responsible for the structural design of foundations for offshore wind turbines from the concept designs to fully working structures offshore. Your role includes ensuring a strong collaboration between specialists within Structural Engineering, a holistic technical overview of our foundation designs and tools and setting the technical direction for the department together with key specialists.

Your key tasks will be to

• drive the technical management in Structural Engineering together with the senior lead specialist within corrosion
• ensure strong collaboration between specialists within Structural Engineering as well as across the Foundation area
• formulate the technical strategy and set the technical direction for Structural Engineering together with the Lead Specialists
• maintain a holistic overview of technical solutions and development within Structural Engineering.

In addition, you’ll be part of the Structural Engineering management group and take on actions from the group. You’ll drive changes in the specialist track at structural engineering level, and you’ll communicate with all relevant stakeholders at all levels.
